Water Damage Restoration.

Burst pipes, supply-line failures, washing-machine and dishwasher overflows, water heater ruptures, storm intrusion. We extract, dry, and restore — fast, and documented for your records.

What we handle

Types of water damage we handle.

Category 1

Clean water

Supply-line breaks, burst pipes, water heater failures. Caught fast, often dried in place with minimal demolition.

Category 2

Gray water

Dishwasher and washing-machine overflows, sump failures. Requires sanitizing and selective material removal.

Category 3

Black water

Sewage backups and flooding. Hazardous — handled under full IICRC S500 protocol. See sewage cleanup.

Storm & flood

Flood damage

Rain intrusion, ground water, and flooding into living space and crawlspaces. Extraction and structural drying.

The drying science

Our drying process.

Extract

Truck-mounted and portable extraction pulls standing water out within hours of arrival.

Dry & monitor

LGR dehumidifiers and air movers staged to a drying plan, with daily moisture readings until materials hit target.

Restore

As a licensed GC we rebuild what came out — drywall, flooring, trim — so you deal with one company, not three.

Inside the work

Extraction, drying, restoration.

The same story on every job: extract fast, dry thoroughly, rebuild clean.

FAQ

Water damage FAQ.

What should I do first after water damage?
Shut off the water at the main, cut power to the area only if it's safe to do so, and move valuables off wet floors. Take photos for your claim, then call us. The faster water is extracted, the less damage and the lower the chance of mold.
Will my insurance cover water damage?
Sudden, accidental water damage like a burst pipe or appliance failure is usually covered. Gradual leaks and flooding from rising water typically are not. We prepare full documentation so you can file your claim, but you deal with your insurer directly — we don't bill them.
How long does drying take?
Extraction happens the same day. Structural drying usually runs three to five days, depending on how much water there was and which materials got wet. We monitor moisture daily and only stop when readings hit target, then rebuild whatever had to come out.
