Containment

We seal the work area with negative-air containment so spores can't spread to clean rooms during removal.

HEPA filtration

Air scrubbers run throughout to capture airborne spores and keep the rest of the home protected.

Removal

Mold-impacted material is removed, surfaces treated with antimicrobial, and the source moisture corrected.

Verification

We confirm the area is clean and dry before rebuild — so it doesn't come back next season.

How do I know if I have mold?

A musty smell is usually the first sign, along with discoloration on walls or ceilings, peeling paint, or worsening allergies indoors. Anywhere there's been a leak, mold can begin within 48 hours — often hidden inside walls, under flooring, or in the crawlspace where you can't see it.

Do you fix the cause of the mold too?

Yes. Removing mold without fixing the moisture source just lets it come back. We contain the area, filter the air with HEPA scrubbers, remove affected material, and correct the underlying water problem — then verify the space is clean and dry before we finish.
