The situation
A slab leak filled the crawlspace with standing water, soaking insulation and threatening the floor joists and subfloor.
What we did
We pumped and extracted the water, removed ruined insulation and vapor barrier, dried the joists and subfloor, treated for mold, and installed a new 6-mil reinforced vapor barrier.
The outcome
The crawlspace was left dry, sealed, and mold-free — catching it early saved the joists from rot and a far bigger repair.
