Crawlspace Water Line Fail in San Carlos

When a water line failed in this San Carlos crawlspace, we began the dry-out process.

First, it is important to remove all debris from the crawlspace including all wet insulation.

Next, sump pumps are used to remove all standing water. Once all standing water has been removed, it is time to dry-out the wood framing, subfloor overhead and crawlspace surface.

We use dehumidifiers to remove water from the air and multiple fans to increase airflow.

Please do not try to remove debris or begin the clean out process without consulting with a professional. All of the All Action technicians are fully licensed and highly trained to deal with emergency situations.
