Mold Remediation Palo Alto

We responded to a call in Palo Alto that a incoming hot water line in the crawlspace hasd been leaking for quite some time spraying subfloor with piping hot water.

We proceed with a thorough inspection above the leaking area and found extensive damage to the kitchen , bathroom and back bedroom .

Containment chamber needed to be set up and walls needed to be removed as there was mold  under the drywall.

All beams and crawlspace were cleaned and dried mold encapsulated with special paint .
